Anita’s extensive experience includes serving as a Workforce Development Career Coach, where she has guided government clients through job transitions, and as a Regional Career Director she helped over 80% of graduates secure employment. She has also worked as an HR Manager, overseeing large-scale workforce operations, and  a Career Development Instructor, shaping the future of workforce readiness in educational institutions.

As a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and holder of a Master’s degree in human resource management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Anita has dedicated her career to supporting diverse populations, including C- level executives, career changers, and students entering tech-driven industries.
