With over a decade of experience in career services, talent acquisition, workforce development, and human resource management, she has a proven track record of driving high job placement rates, fostering strong employer partnerships, and developing effective career programs.

As a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and holder of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Anita has dedicated her career to supporting diverse populations, including federal employees, career changers, and students entering tech-driven industries. She has played a pivotal role in developing career services curricula, leading talent acquisition initiatives, and providing one-on-one career coaching to professionals in fields such as cybersecurity, data analytics, and web development.

Anita’s extensive experience includes serving as a Workforce Development Career Coach, where she has guided professionals through job transitions, and as a Regional Career Director she helped over 85% of graduates secure employment. She has also worked as an HR Manager, overseeing large-scale workforce operations, and as a Career Development Instructor, shaping the future of workforce readiness in educational institutions.With expertise in career consulting, recruitment, curriculum development, job placement, and business development, Anita continues to be a driving force in the workforce development sector. She is committed to creating opportunities that bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring individuals are well-equipped to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
