Anita Reynolds-Smalls is a driven servant leader with 20 years of experience in workforce development. After graduating from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master degree in Human Resource Management in 2005, she founded Executive HR Consulting & Staffing, LLC, a staffing agency for the direct placement of HR professionals.  With the fluctuating economy at the time, Anita decided (while still operating  EHRCS, LLC until 2020) to secure employment in Career Services leadership which officially launched her career in higher ed in 2007.

She has had the pleasure of contracting with and being employed by some of the best educational companies throughout her professional career. Anita also currently supports a Government Contractor, providing career coaching services. She formerly served in  roles to help the development of the career services departments. and Director level Career Services roles in higher education and ed tech boot-camps.

Anita founded Career Services Academy, LLC to bridge the gap between education and employment, helping individuals achieve their career goals through tailored training and support. Her passion is transforming lives by empowering learners with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Anita’s mission is to create a positive and lasting impact for people and organizations that can’t be erased!
